"Every word of God is pure: He is a shield unto them that put their trust in Him. Add thou not unto His words, lest He reprove thee, and thou be found a liar." (Proverbs 30:5-6) It is a great…
Romans Chapter 7 is a very serious and deep chapter. Unfortunately, many christian denominations do not understand this chapter. Apostle Paul clearly describes in this chapter the man in whom the law of sin and death reigns. Unfortunately, many christians today, living under the law of sin in death, not understanding it and not being freed from it, reassure themselves that Apostle Paul speaks of himself here, which means that everything must be okay and good with them.
But if we carefully study Scriptures, then we will see what Apostle Paul is really talking about here.
On the one hand, the law makes people’s lives bearable, humane. On the other hand, the law makes all people sinners and transgressors. It is the law that reveals to the person that there is a force that is stronger than his mind and will, constantly pushing him to transgress the law. A person understands that to live by the law is good. However, to always fulfill the law contrary to desire and want – does not work out. Hence the person experiences pain, shame, and humiliation. He would like to be good, kind, truthful, but great strength and battle with oneself is necessary. And so the question is: with whom does man battle? Against whom does man use great force, and yet still turns out to be defeated?
“And the very God of peace sanctify you wholly; and I pray God your whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.” (Thessalonians 5:23)
“Your whole spirit and soul and body,” says scripture. This shows that man is threefold just as God is three (1 John 5:7). After all, man is created in the image and likeness of God (Genesis 1:26-27).
How very important and vital it is for the believer to understand what this world is! For how can you to get out of something, not knowing what it is? To get out of this world, one must understand what this world is, what it consists of, and how it manifests itself. Great is the darkness of ignorance on this issue among believers! A lot of people consider themselves to be not of this world, that they have come out of this world, when in reality they make up this world and completely live the life of this world! This question is very serious and deep. A person’s life depends on such a question, since the image of this world passes!
With the body of Christ, we died for the law of the letter, that is, for the law of Moses, the Old Testament, which kills and condemns, and it is impossible to be saved by it today. It is written: “For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to every one that believeth” (Romans 10:4). If one does not understand this – does not understand the end of the law – they can never be righteous, the law will never allow it!
Salvation depends on faith, on the right faith. "Now the just shall live by faith: but if any man draw back, my soul shall have no pleasure in him." (Hebrews 10:38) The devil, however, is interested to lead a person…
The sacrifice of Jesus Christ on the cross stands on the path to God. If anyone wants to come to God, enter into His Kingdom, this is only possible through faith in Jesus Christ’s sacrifice on the Calvary. There is absolutely no other way! No one can enter into the Kingdom of God by bypassing the Calvary, by going either to the right or to the left, and not recognizing the saving sacrifice of Christ, or replacing it with other teachings. It is impossible to enter the Kingdom of God with other teachings. This must be clearly understood and believed because it is written, “No one comes to the Father except through Me,” (John 14:6). The Lord Jesus Christ said this Himself and this is the Truth. As of recent, one hears more and more often that all paths lead to God, you don’t necessarily have to go through Christ, that there is a reconciliation between faiths. This is a terrible lie.
Why did God plant two trees, carrying two opposite outcomes for man? This predicament reveals that God endowed man with free will, free and personal desires, feelings, thoughts and reasoning of mind, so that man could freely accept and reject, to obey and to disobey.
“But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life.” (John 4:14)
I found a well of living water, it’s pure and clear, it cleans the soul!
With happiness my heart will quiver, to spread the word, to tell the world.
