My faith is simple. I work in an interesting environment, I get to meet a lot of different people. I work in a hospital. The question always comes up: What do you believe in? What is your faith? Or even, Why am I a Christian? At work, we see death every day, we see people take their last breath… and what do they reach for on their death bed? It’s always something of faith, something spiritual, something beyond…
Be our guest and join us for an afternoon of songs and worship presented by the Church of Charlotte.
The Scripture teaches us to always rejoice and be found in joy. How can you possibly understand joy, if you have never experienced sadness? How can you possibly experience always being joyful, if you don’t realize that you were always sad. In fact, your state of constant sadness can be mistaken for joy.
“These things have I spoken unto you, that my joy might remain in you, and that your joy might be full.” John 15:11
