Death is a touching subject, especially if someone experienced the death of a loved one, someone dear to them. Perhaps death is a subject you try to avoid, try not to think about, or imagine it to be something that is surreal, something that does not pertain to you. Perhaps you imagine it as a natural event occurring at an old age, after you have lived an eventful or ‘fruitful’ life.
“Every word of God is pure: He is a shield unto them that put their trust in Him. Add thou not unto His words, lest He reprove thee, and thou be found a liar.” (Proverbs 30:5-6)
It is a great revelation from God, to whom it became clear, and who understood, that God revealed Himself in this world as a Word. God revealed Himself by the Word, which was from the beginning with God, and which was God, by Whom all things were created, by which the heavens and the earth are kept today (John 1:1-4, Peter 3:7, Hebrews 1:1-2). This Word is the secret of the eternal being, a mystery that no one can reveal and know unless God reveals it! Therefore, whosoever understood and realized this: understood the mystery of immortality, and accepted it – this revelation is only from God, as the Lord Himself said to Peter: “Blessed art thou, Simon Barjona: for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven…” (Matthew 16:17) This word is the Holy Spirit, because the word that is spoken from a person is always a spirit. Therefore, the question always stands: “Whose spirit came from thee?” (Job 26:4) The Lord Himself said:
“It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life.” (John 6:63)
“The Spirit quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing,” says the Lord. In other words, the Word quickeneth, gives Life! And this is truly so, because everything is done by the word: the word excites, the word makes you act, the word makes you either cry or laugh, the word praises or scolds, rejects or accepts, judges, pardons, forgives – everything is always accomplished/done through the word in the life of a person! But if the person does not believe the particular word, it remains inactive, in other words, said in vain. Therefore, this world consists of nothing more than the word and faith!
There are only two Words. The First Word – is the Great Word, the Word of Truth, which came from God, and is God; this is the Word of Truth of the teachings of Jesus Christ, Who was the Word – God from the beginning, which then became Flesh and appeared as man into this world and expounded Himself by the Word of Truth, the Holy Spirit (John 1:14-18). As such, the Word of Truth – God, appeared into this world to humanity! The second word, which also appeared in this world, is the word of falsehood, which is the secret/mystery of death! This mystery the Lord also discloses and reveals! If the Lord does not give understanding, will not open the eyes of the heart, will not teach, will not enlighten, no one will ever be able to reveal the mystery of eternal death! (Luke 24:45, Proverbs 2:6, Proverbs 21:30, Ephesians 1:17-18)!
ONLY IN THE PURE WORD OF GOD – IS LIFE!
It is very important, to the full depth, to the pure foundation, to understand, that: The Word of God – is pure! The word of the devil – is unclean, not pure! The Word of God – is Truth; the word of the devil – is a lie! From all antiquity, the Lord God repeatedly spoke and persuaded a person that His Word is pure, to not add or subtract from it, to abide in It as God taught, to not turn to the right or to the left from it (Joshua 1:7-8, Psalm 1:1-4, Deut. 4:2, 5:32-33, 12:32). The Lord Jesus Christ taught and urged to remain only in His Word, and only then will they know the Truth (John 8:31-32). Many times the Lord told the disciples to be afraid of the leaven of the Pharisees (Luke 12:1, Matthew 16:6, Mark 8:15-21). The Lord also taught and said: “Howbeit in vain do they worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men” (Mark 7:7). The apostles taught and instructed to hold/contain the Word of Life in the way they taught (2 Peter 2:1-3, James chapter 3, Jude 3:4, 1 Corinthians 15:1-2), for only by eating and staying in the Pure Word of God, a person will receive further revelation from God and can understand correctly, what is sin and how to become free from sin; what is this world and every religion in it. Not having clarity to these questions, a person did not learn the Truth and cannot be freed from sin in order to live for God, but his mind and conscience remain defiled (Titus 1:15). It is very, very important to understand fully, what exactly defiles the mind and conscience? Not understanding this and this world, what this world consists of, a person will not be able to come out of this world and transfer to another Divine world. What defiles the conscience and the mind is always a false word of teaching. Nothing else – not food or drink, days, holidays, clothing or anything physical, earthly that passes – defile the mind and the conscience. An unclean, false teaching defiles the conscience. No matter what the teaching teaches, if it is not Christ, not according to the pure teaching of Jesus Christ, it is false and defiles the mind and the conscience of man! This is exactly what Apostle Paul wrote to Titus in one verse above 1:14: “Not giving heed to Jewish fables, and commandments of men, that turn from the truth.” Apostle Paul also wrote about this to the Colossians in Colossians 2:18-23! Warning about all of this, Apostle Paul wrote Timothy: “For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; and they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables!” (2 Timothy 4:3-4) This time was and is today in this world.
In learning the Truth deeper, the person will begin to understand the Other world, the Divine World, the Spiritual, which flesh and blood (in other words, the soulful person) cannot inherit. It is also a mystery that only God Himself reveals to man! If God does not open, no one will ever be able to understand this, the Spiritual world, eternal, the eternal dwelling of a man, who already here, in the physical body, becomes spiritual, lives by the Spirit, and not by the flesh. How important it is to fully understand this: Life is not according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit! Because only the Law of the Spirit of Life in Christ Jesus has the power and strength to free man from the law of sin and death! (Romans 8:1-2). We are given from God the opportunity to learn and understand the mysteries of God, Glory to the Lord forever and ever, Amen!
