On the one hand, the law makes people’s lives bearable, humane. On the other hand, the law makes all people sinners and transgressors. It is the law that reveals to the person that there is a force that is stronger than his mind and will, constantly pushing him to transgress the law. A person understands that to live by the law is good. However, to always fulfill the law contrary to desire and want – does not work out. Hence the person experiences pain, shame, and humiliation. He would like to be good, kind, truthful, but great strength and battle with oneself is necessary. And so the question is: with whom does man battle? Against whom does man use great force, and yet still turns out to be defeated?
The sacrifice of Jesus Christ on the cross.
For the preaching of the Cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God.” (1 Corinthians 1:18)
Neither is there Salvation in any other: for there is none other name under Heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.” (Acts 4:12)
Jesus saith unto him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.” (John 14: 6)
The sacrifice of Jesus Christ on the cross stands on the path to God. If anyone wants to come to God, enter into His Kingdom, this is only possible through faith in Jesus Christ’s sacrifice on the Calvary. There is absolutely no other way! No one can enter into the Kingdom of God by bypassing the Calvary, by going either to the right or to the left, and not recognizing the saving sacrifice of Christ, or replacing it with other teachings. It is impossible to enter the Kingdom of God with other teachings. This must be clearly understood and believed because it is written, “No one comes to the Father except through Me,” (John 14:6). The Lord Jesus Christ said this Himself and this is the Truth. As of recent, one hears more and more often that all paths lead to God, you don’t necessarily have to go through Christ, that there is a reconciliation between faiths. This is a terrible lie.
And among the masses of Christian denominations, the devil has long stolen and substituted the very essence and word of the cross and salvation from sin, leaving just the story which does not save. People know the historical story of the mountain, Calvary, not far from Jerusalem, on this mountain the Lord was crucified in the center and on the sides, 2 robbers. But what happened on the cross for humanity is lost! How to be baptized in the death of Christ, in order to actually die with Christ for sin, to be buried with Him and to be resurrected with Him by the Spirit, to become a New creature in the Heavenly Kingdom. Masses do not know this and continue to be robbed of the essence. The consequences are heart breaking! Believers only walk around the Calvary, constantly sinning and repenting and can’t take a step further, they cannot be a new creation (2 Corinthians 5:17). Preachers are too busy to explain to people that there is sin and what can be done about it and what not to do, but instead they instill fear into people for sinning. From these sermons people walk around in constant fear of sin, they do not want to sin, but it does not work and they always continue to sin. There is a terrible inner struggle inside the person. Preachers do not know themselves what it means: “who Himself bore our sins in His own body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live for righteousness—by whose stripes you were healed.” (1 Peter 2:24) If we are freed from sin, then why do they continue to sin? The word very clearly states: “But now having been set free from sin, and having become slaves of God, you have your fruit to holiness, and the end, everlasting life.” (Romans 6:22) Therefore who is not freed from sin cannot be a slave to God, and therefore there are no fruits of holiness, and no eternal life. The word states very plainly, “Whoever abides in Him does not sin. Whoever sins has neither seen Him nor known Him. Little children, let no one deceive you. He who practices righteousness is righteous, just as He is righteous. He who sins is of the devil, for the devil has sinned from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that He might destroy the works of the devil.” (1 John 3: 6-8) From here it is clear, that the Calvary is the most crucial moment in faith, in accepting Christ. The Calvary is the place where the old man dies and the new creature is born. Not knowing and believing about the right sacrifice of Jesus Christ on the Calvary, birth from above can not occur, and a new creature will not appear. Therefore there can no longer be any correct steps in faith if the first one was not taken correctly as it is written in Roman chapters 6-8!
To be born of God, which means to be born from the Word of Truth (James 1:18), one must study and immerse themselves in the teaching of Jesus Christ so that their faith is built on the true word. To move from one religion to another- there is no need for birth from God but only to learn the rules and laws of the religion and to keep them. But to come to God, to enter into His Kingdom, to gain the Kingdom within yourself, it is necessary to be born of God, from the Word of Truth, which His word teaches of the sacrifice on the Calvary of Christ. It was there and only there where God solved the problem of sin and death, flesh and law, and provided a way to the Kingdom of Light where: “…righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit. For he who serves Christ in these things is acceptable to God…” (Romans 14: 17-18)
