With words you can hurt people, push someone away; with words you can gain a person, hold them up; with words you can start a war and with words you can stop this very same war. Words are All around us: on the radio, on Facebook, on television, or how today is very common – on our mobile devices. Words can make you happy – for example, when you hear goods news. Likewise, words can make you sad – when you hear or read of sad news. Words really do have power! They have power to destroy, power to build up. But sometimes, I think that we do not give enough credit or importance to the power and action of words.
A person can experience so many things in this lifetime. Many hardships, troubles and sadness. You may even say that it’s just part of life, because this is life. But there is a completely different life! One that is not from this world, the one that Christ came and preached about. The one that is written about in the Bible. This life is Real and can give you freedom. Christ came and died for it all! That freedom starts in the heart, brings real joy and peace. On the outside, the house may appear the same, the troubles and experiences may not change, but it changes within. The state of a person changes because of Faith and with this Faith the real happiness comes, the real blissful state. Christ came and gave this to all mankind as a gift! A person didn’t do anything to earn this precious gift.
And from Jesus Christ, who is faithful witness, and the first begotten of the dead, and the prince of the kings of the earth. Unto him that loved us, and washed us from our sins in his own blood. Revelation 1:5
So what are we waiting for? When the way out was already given! What are we fighting for? When the fight was already won!
